About Us:
I am an SEO Consultant seeking a full-time digital marketing analyst (GA4)

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us leverage data to drive our digital marketing strategy.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from Google Analytics and other digital platforms to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a VERY strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, superb analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and more.
Conduct regular audits of digital marketing campaigns to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Reporting and Insights:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
Provide detailed analysis of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to marketing and management teams.

Optimization:

Work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and other performance metrics.
Recommend changes to website structure, content, and user experience to improve SEO and user engagement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and goals.
Work closely with developers to implement tracking codes and ensure accurate data collection.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, screamingfrog), and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent SEO understanding
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
