The Republic of Palau’s Digital Residency Program provides the world’s first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive marketing strategies and optimize our online presence. Your primary focus will be analyzing digital marketing data, providing actionable insights, and contributing to the growth of our platform in the web3 space.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze digital marketing data from various sources, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other online channels.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI, ensuring that marketing objectives are achieved.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the web3 space.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
-Utilize advanced analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
-Provide training and support to the marketing team on analytics tools and best practices.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools/technologies in digital marketing and web3.
-Contribute to the development of ’s brand presence and user acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
-Proven experience in digital marketing analysis, with a strong analytical and quantitative skill set.
-Familiarity with web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized applications.
-Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
-Passion for the digital marketing and web3 space, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
-Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Availability to work 2-3 hours per week
