Digital Marketing and Admin Assistant
Part-time | 15 hours per week
The offer is at Php 13,000 to Php 17,000 take-home pay per month
Monday to Friday, Any 3 hours between 1:00 am to 9:00 am PHT Manila

About the Role:
The Digital Marketing and Admin Assistant is expected to provide assistance with promoting online wellness services, including courses, a learning portal, and occasional online events, programs, or promotions. The role shall implement effective marketing strategies by creating social media content, doing basic copywriting for email marketing, and performing regular admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Update the learning portal using Kajabi to ensure that all the materials are up to date
Make small updates in Kajabi to website based on SEO needs, etc.
Set up and send email invites and sequences in Kajabi to promote events and other services
Assist and repurpose postings on Social Media from published blogs and other online collateral
Develop and maintain social media engagement, repurposing contents for different postings
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed and updated about their inquiries or requests
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company and grow the leads and following
Support the client administratively by managing inbox and calendar and other tasks assigned
Collate payment receipts or payment advise from clients for documentation and filing
Attend to customer feedback by noting post service or event comments received such as updating of forms or details on the website or on the courses found online
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong writing skills (content or copywriting skills an advantage)
Social Media marketing and management skills
SEO skills a plus
Advanced skills or experience with Kajabi
Strong knowledge of Canva or any similar graphic imaging software
Proactive and reliable
Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
