Marketing Consulting company specializing in Real Estate professionals seeks a Digital Marketing and Administrative Support Specialist. This role is highly collaborative and involves close working sessions with the company lead.
Key Tasks:
1. Engage in various Digital Marketing tasks such as ad management, social media marketing, etc.
2. Contribute to Administrative duties such as list management, inbox management, calendar management, etc.
3. Participate in close co-working sessions with the company lead for collaborative task completion.
The ideal candidate has:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
– Ability and willingness to work closely with the company lead during US timezone business hours
– Comfortable with frequent video calls for co-working sessions and training
– A keen eye for detail
– Works accurately and has high attention to detail
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Quick learner who retains information easily

Job Role:
– Digital Marketing tasks such as ad management and social media marketing

– Responding to emails and phone calls
– Creation of reports, presentations, and proposals
– Conducting research and summarizing findings
– Documenting processes and procedures to streamline workflows
– Assisting with email marketing campaigns
– Participating in co-working sessions with the company lead
System Requirements:
– A computer with a processor of 2.0 GHz and above, Intel Core i5/i7 is highly recommended for main hardware and backup.
– RAM should be at least 8 GB with 100 GB free disk space.
– A high-definition webcam for frequent virtual meetings and coworking sessions.
– A headset with the noise-canceling feature for clear communication.
– Reliable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP.
– USB sticks are not allowed for backup ISP.
– Shift Schedule: Requires availability during US timezone business hours for video calls and coworking sessions.
