Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Support: Assist with optimizing our WordPress website, improving SEO, crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing effective email marketing campaigns.

2. Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, email correspondence, data entry, and file organization to keep our business running smoothly.

3. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and follow up on orders or services to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Research and Development: Conduct thorough research on various topics including market trends, competitor analysis, and potential clients to support business development.

5. Lead Generation and Outreach: Implement strategies to generate leads, manage referral programs, and perform outreach activities targeting potential clients.

6. Project Coordination: Oversee the management and coordination of personal and business projects, including communication, scheduling, and deadline management.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

1. Solid experience in digital marketing, particularly with WordPress, SEO, social media, and email marketing
2. Excellent administrative skills, including email handling, scheduling, data entry, and file organization
3. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently
4. Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
5. Experience in lead generation and client outreach
6. Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects
7. High-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
8. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Educational Requirements: We value experience and skills more than formal education. However, candidates with a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
