Our coaching and e-commerce company is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Automation Director to lead our marketing efforts into a new era of growth and innovation. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of digital marketing to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital campaigns, social media management, and marketing automation.

Strategic Email Campaign Management:
– Design and execute targeted email marketing strategies tailored to various segments of our audience to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
– Oversee the integration and utilization of our CRM to segment lists accurately, ensuring personalized and relevant communications are sent to different user groups.
– Schedule and monitor a series of automated email sequences that nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to final conversion.

Advanced SMS Marketing Initiatives:
– Develop SMS marketing campaigns that complement email strategies, focusing on timely and action-driven messages to boost immediate responses.
– Analyze performance metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, and conversion rates to optimize message content and timing.

Comprehensive Digital Campaign Oversight:
– Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that span multiple platforms including search engines, social media, and YouTube.
– Continuously test and refine PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads to maximize ROI.
– Manage and optimize display and retargeting campaigns, focusing on conversion improvement and cost efficiency.

Dynamic Social Media Strategy and Management:
– Lead the development and implementation of a social media strategy that promotes content virality while increasing brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
– Oversee the creation and scheduling of regular content that aligns with brand values and campaign goals, including promotional posts, interactive content, and informational shares.
– Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to adapt strategies in real-time, ensuring maximum effectiveness and relevance.

Marketing Automation and Workflow Optimization:
– Implement and refine marketing automation strategies using our platforms on GoHighLevel to streamline marketing processes and increase efficiency.
– Develop workflows for lead nurturing that personalize user journeys based on behavior, demographics, and engagement statistics.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Conduct detailed analysis of all digital marketing campaigns and develop comprehensive reports highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
– Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable format, supporting strategic decision-making.
– Utilize advanced analytics tools to track user behavior across digital channels, gaining insights into user interactions and preferences.
