About Us:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing and Content Manager to oversee and enhance the online presence of our companies. This role offers the flexibility of working as an independent contractor with regular brainstorming sessions and the potential to transition into a full-time advisory role.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management and Engagement:
• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand identity and recognition for each company.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms and communications.
• Conduct regular brand audits and suggest improvements.
Content Creation and Management:
• Utilize AI tools to generate blog posts, newsletters, and other content.
• Coordinate with the editing team to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Develop a content calendar aligning with marketing strategies and business goals for each company.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Social Media Marketing and Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies for each company to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Use tools content scheduling, selecting appropriate accounts, uploading images, and copying captions from the Content Planner.
• Follow a structured weekly plan for content distribution across platforms (FB, IG, GMB, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Campaign Management:
• Manage and review digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• Track and report on campaign performance; optimize based on data-driven insights.
Graphic Creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn):
• Create a minimum of 2 weeks of social media content in advance, with potential to batch-create more if schedule permits.
• Utilize Canva or other software for graphic design, ensuring all content aligns with client’s branding guidelines (colors, fonts, and logos).
• Manage and update the ‘Social Content’ folder on the shared Drive, including the Content Calendar spreadsheet with scheduled posts, dates, times, images, captions, hashtags, and emojis (when applicable).
Advisory Role:
• Provide strategic insights and advice to drive growth across all three companies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Compensation:
• Competitive starting rate of $600-$800 per month part-time, depending on experience and potential to transition to full-time.
Requirements:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and content management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content updates
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative and engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the construction, property management, or ecommerce industries.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
