Job Description

Service Overview: We want you to provide your amazing service to Docking Drawer, a leading innovator in in-drawer electrical outlets. We’re seeking a multi-skilled person who can master communicating with our customers. We are looking for someone who can be a Brand Ambassador, Customer Engagement Specialist, and an extrovert who loves communicating our brand’s core values. You’ll be a linchpin in our team, shaping our brand narrative and elevating customer interactions via Gorgias, Instagram, Chats, Inbound Phone calls and more. This position demands creativity, initiative, and autonomy in driving customer-centric strategies while collaborating with our dynamic teams.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Immerse yourself in Docking Drawer’s products, customers, and core values to bolster our marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Take the lead in digital marketing and social media, becoming the face and voice of our brand on platforms like Instagram.
Independently manage customer interactions, resolving concerns with excellence and offering top-notch support, primarily through Gorgias.
Efficiently coordinate and lead multiple projects, using tools like ClickUp, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Actively engage in team meetings with innovative ideas and strategies for effective project planning and execution.
About You:

Willing to ‘crawl, walk, then run’ – starting with learning our products and services, then progressively taking on more responsibility and projects.
Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and customer service, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A collaborative team player eager to learn and grow in business development and marketing.
Interacting with you is a highlight of a person’s day. You care, you listen, you help.
Familiar with communication tools like Zoom and comfortable with Slack, Google Docs, Sheets, and Gorgias.
