**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations, driving sales growth, and enhancing our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proficiency in various digital tools and platforms to contribute to the success and expansion of Face Club.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **E-commerce Management:**
– Manage and optimize our Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
– Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.

2. **Content Creation and Social Media Management:**
– Create engaging and visually appealing content using Canva for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
– Regularly schedule and post content, interact with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments.

3. **SEO and Marketing:**
– Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
– Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and special offers.
– Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance to optimize results.

4. **Customer Support:**
– Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
– Assist customers with inquiries, order tracking, and product recommendations.
– Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. **Administrative Tasks:**
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and general office support.
– Maintain organized digital files and documents.

**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in Shopify, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service is preferred.

**Compensation:**
– $1400 USD/month
