Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand presence.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
Content Creation:
Generate high-quality, visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for digital campaigns.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings.
Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals and graphics.

Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
Segment email lists for targeted messaging.
A/B test email campaigns to optimize open and click-through rates.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms like Google Ads.
Monitor keyword rankings and analyze website traffic data.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Use analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
