About the Role
As a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager, you play a key role in enhancing our online presence, managing all aspects of digital marketing, and effectively utilising social media tools to promote the company’s services. If you have a strategic mindset as well as a deep understanding on how digital marketing and social media fit into the broader business goals, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
Managing the company website, maintaining and updating its contents.
Run facebook ads, manage posts and look after all other relevant social media platforms.

Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation:
Generate creative and compelling content for social media, website, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development.
Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

Website Management:
Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website to ensure it reflects current offerings and messaging.
Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.

Digital Advertising:
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed.

Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on

About You
At least three years experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Highly capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
