Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to support two dynamic entrepreneurs with marketing tasks. The successful candidate will be working on specific days for each entrepreneur during Philippine daytime hours. This role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the clients’ businesses.

Experience with product launches, expanding audience reach across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and proficiency in email marketing using GoHighLevel or ConvertKit are required. The ability to create engaging content and digital products, organize online events, analyze campaign metrics, SEO knowledge, team collaboration, and staying updated with industry trends are crucial.

Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
– Create, curate, and manage content.
– Engage with users to cultivate leads and sales.

2. Email Marketing:
– Design and implement campaigns using GoHighLevel or ConvertKit.
– Create landing pages and email automations.
– Analyze and optimize campaign performance.

3. Digital Product Creation:
– Assist in developing and marketing online courses and digital products.
– Collaborate to produce high-quality content.
– Plan and create e-books and other digital products.

4. Online Retreats and Workshops:
– Organize and market product launches for online events.
– Develop strategies to drive registrations.
– Coordinate outreach for promotions.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
– Work with clients to meet goals.
– Provide regular updates on campaign performance.
– Participate in team meetings.

6. Product Launches:
– Plan and execute product launches.
– Develop and align strategies with company goals.
– Analyze and improve launch performance.

7. Audience Expansion:
– Assist in developing strategies to increase audience reach.
– Identify new platforms for growth.
– Help create campaigns to promote clients’ brands.
– Monitor and report on key metrics.

8. Market Research:
– Research to understand customer needs.
– Analyze trends and competitive landscape.
– Develop buyer personas and journey maps.
– Use data to optimize campaigns.

9. Strategic Planning:
– Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans.
– Stay updated with marketing trends.

10. SEO Optimization:
– Conduct keyword research.
– Optimize website content for SEO.
– Use tools to track performance.
– Report on SEO metrics and improvements.
