Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a knack for optimizing digital marketing processes and ensuring a seamless user experience on websites? We’re seeking a skilled Digital Marketing and Website Coordinator to join our team and take charge of the initial setup and optimization of our YouTube ad process, as well as addressing specific issues on our WordPress site.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Ad Process Setup:
– Linking the call-to-action button in YouTube ads to the designated landing page.
– Formatting and optimizing the landing page as per the provided draft.
– Implementing a seamless integration with Aweber, linking user details to our database.
– Creating a new segment in Aweber for leads generated from YouTube ads.
– Setting up automated reminders for potential clients, ensuring attendance for appointments.

Webinar Process Setup:
– Establishing a parallel process for those opting for webinars.
– Ensuring the integration of the webinar process with Aweber for lead tracking.

WordPress Site Update:
– Applying the latest WordPress update for our website.
– Resolving the issue where users booking a strategy call receive only a thank you message without access to the calendar link.

Aweber Email Verification:
– Implementing the email verification process effective from February 1st for emails sent to subscribers via Aweber.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in setting up and optimizing YouTube ad processes.
– Proficiency in web development, specifically WordPress.
– Familiarity with Aweber or similar email marketing platforms.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You must be willing to do a trial task which we will give you to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience we are looking for.

Initially the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to ongoing regular work. Hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. Please include the words “marketing expert” in your response.
