Introduction:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, your primary role is to support our digital marketing strategies while ensuring seamless communication. You will be at the heart of driving marketing content that resonates with our audience.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Assist in the creation of digital content for various platforms, including website updates, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Handle phone and email management tasks to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct basic HTML and CSS updates to maintain and enhance the visual appeal of our websites.
• Engage in social media management to increase brand presence and engage with our audience effectively.
• Assist with internal SOPs

• Comfortable conducting business conversations via phone and web meetings daily
• Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means, and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy
• Outstanding follow-up and follow-through
• Strong calendar management skills
• Superior time management skills, working with a high degree of independence, utilizing tact and good judgment in the communication and processing of information to support the Client’s goals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to change
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and as a member of a team
• Minimum of 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
Desired Skills:
• Excellent and relevant content creation for United States businesses
• Social Media Management and content calendars
• Understanding of SEO and strategies
• Video creation and editing
• Graphic design
• AI technologies and effective prompts
Job Type:
Full Time. Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
