We are on the hunt for a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to join our thriving digital marketing consultancy. We are looking for independent freelancers, not agencies, who can work remotely and are available to commit to 20-40 hours per week.
As a specialist in driving company growth through paid ads, we understand the value of a skilled team member who can contribute to managing our current client accounts, generating insightful reports, and playing a pivotal role in client onboarding, keyword research, ad copywriting, conversion tracking, and strategizing new campaigns for our expanding client base.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with the lead consultant to manage and optimize Google, Meta, & LinkedIn Ads campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
-Take charge of conversion tracking and analytics tools to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
-Engage in comprehensive keyword research and analysis to drive campaign strategy.
-Craft compelling ad copy and assist in the creation of engaging display ads.
-Support the account manager in client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional introduction to our services.
-Implement new strategies and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
-Provide detailed analysis and regular reporting on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Communicate effectively with the lead consultant about campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google, Meta, and/or LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
-Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
