We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant for our Marketing Team.
We are an Australian-based company, and this role is a full-time position and will be an integral part of our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
-Video editing
*Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms including websites, social media and email campaigns
*Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and deliver according to our brand guidelines
*Incorporate graphics, animations and sound effects to enhance the storytelling aspect of our video content
*Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms and devices

-Digital Asset Creation:
*Design and create visually appealing digital assets such as banners, infographics, social media graphics and more using the Adobe suite.
*Ensure consistency in branding and design across all digital assets
*Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver within deadlines

-Collaboration:
*Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members in a remote setting using various digital tools and platforms
*Attend virtual meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss task/project requirements
*Provide regular updates on progress and seek feedback as required
*Organise and maintain a digital library of video assets and raw footage

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
* Minimum 4 years experience in video post-production (preferably Premiere Pro)
*Comprehensive experience with online cloud storage for file/content management
*Experience with Adobe InDesign within a collaborative space (incorporating external/linked files)
*Web WYSIWYG experience
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Attention to detail is crucial in this role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight timeframes
* Proactive and shows initiative

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENT
• Functional computer with a camera (for video link)
• Fast Internet connection
• Availability to work from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (AEST)
