Position Overview:
– You will be reporting directly to our Director of Marketing.
– You’ll have the ability for growth and more perks after a 3-month probationary period.
– During the probationary period, all work must be done Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST on weekdays for close collaboration with our marketing team.
– You must have experience in Digital Marketing to be qualified for this position.
Your Role:
– Your primary role is to offload tasks from the Director of Marketing so that she can focus on the more significant projects to help the CEO scale the business.
– You will be involved in most marketing projects to ensure that each task is delivered on time and be proactive to clear roadblocks if present.
– We have weekly marketing meetings to review projects, submit deliverables, and approve assets with the company’s owners.
– You will also be responsible for taking notes during meetings, assigning tasks via Asana after the meeting, and follow up with team members via Slack.
Responsibilities:
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
– Light work in WordPress to post blogs to the website/make cosmetic changes
– Take notes during meetings/rewatch Zoom and make detailed Asana tasks with time stamps of meetings
– Tech savvy and resourceful enough to be able to replicate instructions via Loom/video
– Collaborate on marketing content projects to maximize customer engagement, monitor brand consistency, and deliver a positive user experience
– Work with the marketing leadership team to execute strategies
– Research trends and ideas for content/digital assets
– Resize/resume/schedule newly edited content for reels, shorts, and TikTok
– Provide day-to-day QA management of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
– Eager to learn new marketing skills to better assist the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years experience under a marketing assistant or similar role
– Excellent time management skills
– Solid organizational skills
– Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or relevant role
– Thrives on deadlines, is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
– Must possess our values per our hiring practices.
– Experienced in Wix, Canva, Zapier, Buffer (or equivalent), Gsuite, Slack, and Asana is preferred.
– Fluent in English is mandatory.
– Must have 1-year experience with Go High level, WordPress, and Clickfunnels
– Bonus: Facebook Business Suite, >Facebook community management experience, video editing,
