Role Summary
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing tasks and working closely with our Senior Customer Success Lead and Operations Manager, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a proactive individual who is highly organized, can handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
– Liaise with the SEO team
– Liaise with the Google Ads team
– Update project timelines
– Work on monthly progress reports
– Create and manage Asana boards
– Manage CSL team KPIs and KRAs
– Identify and mitigate risks
– Review SEO keywords
– Review SEO copy
– Review monthly search terms report
– Review Google Ads, copy, and keywords
– Book meetings, manage calendars, and set up Zoom calls
– Design graphics using Canva
– Create and design client slide decks
– Run the support desk
– Manage general Throttl mailboxes
Qualifications
– Minimum of three years of industry experience as a virtual assistant specializing in digital marketing
– Proficiency in common tech stack platforms like Asana, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite
– Design skills in PowerPoint and /or Canva are highly advantageous
– High attention to detail and accuracy ensuring high quality outputs
– Strong skills in Excel and Word
– Completion of DISC profile (to be provided) for suitability to the role
– Track record of consistency and great attendance in previous roles
