Proficiency in email marketing, particularly through Klaviyo, is a must. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of the digital advertising landscape, be results-driven, and can efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Creation and Management:
– Plan, create, and oversee ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
– Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
– Analyze campaign results, creating reports and recommending improvements.
Email Marketing:
– Design, create, and send out email campaigns via Klaviyo.
– Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and promotions.
– Monitor email campaign performance, optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
– Liaise with the strategy team to ensure campaigns align with overarching marketing goals.
– Provide feedback and collaborate on continuous process improvements.
Market Research:
– Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and email marketing.
– Research competitors and maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in ad campaign management and email marketing.
– Proficient in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
– Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
– Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for translating data into actionable insights.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
– Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
