Digital Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Executive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team at a lifestyle brand with e-commerce and coaching services. The successful candidate will work directly with the company founder & managing director in designing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to generate leads for our physical products and coaching programs to surpass sales targets.
We’re looking to add someone HARD WORKING, HONEST, and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible! This position is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position.
We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level research, content creation, social media, and administrative support to our executive team. Your role will involve coordinating and implementing various marketing activities, monitoring their effectiveness, and ensuring they align with our company’s goals.
You need to have a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and trends and be able to provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance marketing performance. You will work closely with our leadership team, assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans that drive profitability and contribute to our long-term success.

Responsibilities
– Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and website content.
– Promote company marketing activities
– Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.
– Provide email Marketing Support by proofreading email campaigns, loading campaigns in CRM, and reporting on your current metrics for improvement
– Social Media Management: creates content, plans content, schedules posts, and performs community engagement
– Marketing plan Management: periodically review the company marketing dashboard.
– Assist in the planning and execution of events and webinars.
– Support with project management of key marketing programs and launches to ensure all projects are executed on time
### Daily
– Engages on Social Media platforms
– Moderate Facebook Groups based on brand standards
– Perform email outreach to generate wholesale leads
– Check-in on project progress
– Communicate effectively and efficiently with the team during set business hours
### Weekly
– Attends weekly staff meetings virtually.
– Creates content for company social media accounts
– Monitors marketing campaigns
– Conducts wholesale store research and manages outreach database
– Manages webinars, virtual events, summits, and seminars
### Monthly
– Assists with marketing campaign development.
– Develops content calendar and social media content plan.
– Drafts and/or schedules email campaigns
– Maintains company data dashboard on outlined KPIs.
### As needed
– Conduct research on relevant topics
– Incorporate research findings into presentation content
– Strategic guidance and/or setting up potential marketing funnels and related projects
– Format and organize research materials into templates, ensuring consistency in style and formatting
### Communication Expectations
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Prompt email and social media message responses during allocated business hours
– Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales team as needed.

## Requirements
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role in marketing or sales.
– Knowledge of marketing and sales best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficient in Google Suite.
– Ability to multi-task and work well under multiple deadlines.
– Experience with marketing automation tools such as Kajabi or similar is a plus.
