The digital marketing assistant is a key support position on the marketing team for Grommet, a division of GiddyUp. You will be responsible for working closely with Grommet team members to directly work with advertisers to schedule and prepare their campaigns to launch in our newsletter. You will also provide support to the sales and marketing teams through research, client outreach and campaign reporting. The role consists of, but is not limited to:
** Work alongside the Creative Team on getting newsletter copy and creative approved by clients prior to the ad going live.
** Inserting approved copy into copy documents to assist the Creative Team in producing newsletters
** Organize client facing deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
** Accept, manage and organize internal and externally produced content including but not limited to: images, video and copy.
** Working with the Sales Team to research potential brands that would benefit from advertising within Grommet
** Generate and send basic reporting to clients after an advertising campaign has completed
** Assist clients in supplying documentation and installation of tracking for advertising campaigns
** Create, edit and publish blog posts on or affiliated sites
** Research upcoming holidays, events and seasonal happenings that we can use to create themes and ideas for the newsletter
** Assist in creating feedback surveys, organizing survey results and helping key stakeholders understand who our audience is and what they want
The ideal candidate will:
** Be a strong communicator. Ideally, English is your first language. Your job will require you to communicate on other people’s behalf, relay important information, and discuss things in both written and verbal formats.
** Have an understanding of digital marketing content types: Video, Imagery, GIFs, and Copy.
** Be proficient in Google Docs, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Forms
** Be organized. So much of this work is organization, so an ideal candidate is very organized.
** Be proficient, fast paced, and able to make decisions on the fly with little oversight.
** Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines, be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding
** Have experience naming, renaming and tagging large amounts of content.
** Be familiar with applications such as Slack, , Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom, Canto, Egnyte, WordPress.
** Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)

** Computer Requirements
*** Computer can not be older than 4 years
*** Minimum processing speed: i5
*** Minimum Ram: 8gb RAM
*** Computer must have USB-C ports
** Internal hard drive must be SSD
*** Minimum size of internal hard drive: 500GB
** Must have an external SSD hard drive
**** Minimum size of external hard drive: 500GB minimum
**** External hard drive connection must be USB-C
Internet Requirements
** Minimum upload speeds: 200 MBPS

Work schedule: Monday – Friday – 9AM EST – 5PM // 10PM – 6AM PH Time
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – 45,000/month
