Your Opportunity:
We’re searching for a tech-savvy, proactive Marketing Assistant who’s passionate about the digital world and eager to contribute to our clients’ success. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural at navigating various digital platforms and is excited about making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Webinar/Challenge Assistance: Create and manage engaging webinar/challenge registration pages using WordPress, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, Ontraport, or Clickfunnels; provide live support on Gotowebinar, Zoom, or Everwebinar; coordinate email reminders and sequences.
Admin Tasks: Data entry, research, calendar, and social media management, Dropbox/Google Drive organization, client onboarding and off-boarding, transcription, proofreading, and customer service.
Project Management Services: Oversee email/inbox, operations, team, and project management, including website and launch management.
Launch Assistance: Facilitate course setup using membership plugins, manage automated email schedules, liaise with affiliates and sponsors, support in refreshing design promotional materials, and support in scheduling social media promotion.
CRM Support: Master CRMs like GoHighLevel, Infusionsoft, Convertkit, Mailchimp, Ontraport, ActiveCampaign for email broadcasts, campaign setups, data import and cleanup, affiliate program setup, product creation, and order form management.
Checkouts/Order forms set up: proficient in checkout platforms like Stripe, Thrivecart, to support in setting up payment plans
Reporting: support during launches with daily reporting (pull out relevant numbers, update sheets)

Requirements:
Professional working proficiency in English.
A knack for technology and adaptability to new digital tools.
Independent and proactive work style, suitable for a remote environment.
Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks.
Digital marketing experience, especially in the online education sector, is a plus.
