Job Description

Role Summary
– We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in digital marketing activities, utilizing SEO tools and Chat GPT to drive our content creation and manage our online presence effectively.
– You will be responsible for crafting engaging email campaigns, as well as analyzing and reporting key performance data on our campaigns and content on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Creation
– Utilize SEO tools like Ahrefs to perform keyword research and identify trending topics within our industry.
– Leverage Chat GPT to generate lists of potential blog posts or YouTube video titles based on identified keywords.

Content Management
– Update and manage a comprehensive content calendar in Google Sheets, including potential blog and video topics.
– Use Chat GPT to draft blog posts or create presentation outlines on targeted topics.

Content Publishing
– Develop blog post drafts in Webflow: include uploading thumbnails, inserting text, and interlinking to existing blog posts or webpages.
– Construct presentations in Canva: integrate presentation outlines into our templates and visually enhance with stock images.

Visual Content Creation
– Design thumbnails using Canva and our predesigned templates.

Video Management
– Upload videos and thumbnails to YouTube, ensuring accurate and engaging titles and descriptions are used.

Email Marketing
– Craft email newsletters using predesigned templates in and integrate them into HubSpot CRM. (Training will be provided)

Data Analysis & Reporting
– Monitor and analyze performance data, including email marketing, blog posts, and video metrics, to assess their success and identify areas for improvement.
– Compile weekly reports detailing key performance indicators like open rates, click-through rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates for email campaigns; views, likes, shares, and comment metrics for blog posts and videos.
– Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support continuous optimization of content and campaigns.
– Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the marketing team to inform strategy adjustments and decision-making.

Requirements
– Experience: at least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
– SEO & Content Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience or familiarity with content creation using AI tools like Chat GPT.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using digital tools such as Ahrefs, Canva, Webflow, and . Experience with – HubSpot CRM and Google Suite (Docs & Sheets) is desirable.
– Analytical Skills: A foundational ability to analyze and report on marketing data, extracting insights to inform strategic decisions.
– Design Skills: Basic design and editing skills, with a knack for creating visually appealing content using templates.
– Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and insights in an accessible manner.
– Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and carry out tasks independently.
– Adaptability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
