Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description

EnviroSolutions & Consulting (ESC) is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us elevate our marketing efforts to the next level.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead in implementing marketing campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness and promoting our company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of marketing principles and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist in publishing digital campaigns such as LinkedIn posts and uploading content on the website.
• Create artwork designs for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and other graphics.
• Work with the Marketing Lead in conceptualizing content.
• Assist in content creation by liaising with copywriters and internal teams for information and photo collection.
• Write and edit simple LinkedIn post captions.
• Promote ESC content on LinkedIn networks/groups to increase the company’s visibility.
• Assist with the production of internal and external marketing materials and collaterals.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in digital/content/SEO marketing is desirable.
• Have the desire to grow the ESC brand in Asia.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn platform and its advertising features.
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Training will be provided for those without experience.
• Basic understanding of website operations and familiarity with tools such as WordPress, WIX, Google Analytics, is a plus. Training will be provided for those without experience.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative and proactively taking ownership of tasks and projects.
• Organised, efficient multitasker with strong time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with teams from different departments.
• Remote candidates must possess their own personal computer/laptop and access to a reliable and fast internet connection.

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Singapore Time)
