We looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our Digital Campaign Marketing team. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Director and Creative teams to develop PPC strategies at a campaign level, activate/execute those campaigns and also assist with creating reports and analyzing performance data.
Responsibilities include identifying and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts so that keyword searches and organic/paid search traffic will funnel more visits to the website. The analysis will also assist in paid marketing analysis and optimizing marketing efforts across SEO and PPC. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with both SEO and PPC campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data.
Successful candidates are comfortable working cross-functionally with design, sales, and analytics teams. Previous experience in e-commerce digital marketing, SEM, PPC, or SEO required.

Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
Prepare emails to send out to customers
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
Ensure that the brand message is consistent

Qualifications:
• Keyword research to launch new paid & organic search campaigns.
• Experiment with spend levels, content and ad tactics to increase traffic, clicks and conversions while optimizing investment.
• Partner with Data Analytics team members to improve customer insights that can be leveraged for campaign targeting and ROI.
• Deliver accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing data to stakeholders, including, but not limited to: channel attribution, ROI, CPA, LTV, and churn.
• Run experiments and update digital channel spend based on data from in-house attribution model.
• Partner with internal and external team members to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for search engine marketing, display advertising, video advertising, and social media advertising.
• Develop and maintain marketing KPI reporting dashboards, synthesize and report out data in order to inform existing and new marketing strategies.
• Manage relationships with digital vendors, partners, contractors, and freelancers.
• Assist in other digital marketing and analytics efforts as required.

Special Requirements:
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a PPC Executive / PPC Specialist
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Display Network and Microsoft Advertising
• 3+ years of work experience with digital marketing strategies, web, and paid mediums
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns in a creative manner that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience working in CRM software and other SaaS tools
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Independent thinker and self-starter
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative and comfortable working on a team

• 3 years minimum working experience
• 10 hours minimum work hours per week
