Reports to: Project Lead / Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Marketing Platform Assistance:
Assist with loading emails and creating basic workflows, primarily in HubSpot and other platforms like Pardot.
Assist with creating landing pages, primarily in HubSpot and other platforms.
Assist with loading other content, as needed, on various marketing platforms.
Familiarise and adapt to internal and client tech stacks quickly as needed.

Social Media & Advertising:
Schedule and manage posts across social platforms using tools like Hubspot and Publer.
Handle LinkedIn advertising: primarily boosting of posts.
Utilise third-party tools to connect with users on the LinkedIn platform and respond to messages.

Content Management:
Coordinate with content creators and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of content.
Use tools like Canva to assist with graphic design needs when needed.
Strong writing skills preferred; potential involvement in content creation.
Proofread content for errors or inconsistencies.
Upload videos to Vimeo and maintain files.

Project Coordination & Administration:
Assist the core team by managing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using Asana.
Ensure the team has all required assets and information, acting as a bridge between the team and clients when needed.
Occasionally liaise with clients to gather specifics.
Assist with collecting data and insights for reports and assist with reports when needed.

Tool Proficiency & Adaptability:
Work seamlessly across tools like Vimeo, Slack, and others in our tech stack.
Possess familiarity or a willingness to learn advanced AI prompting with tools like ChatGPT, which might be advantageous when managing certain client accounts (training provided.)
Quickly adapt to new technologies or client-specific tools, showcasing a keen interest and aptitude for tech.

General Administrative Support:
Contribute to improving and streamlining operational processes.
Maintain content files and spreadsheets.
Provide administrative support to the Project Lead.
Provide occasional direct support to the business owners on miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications:
0.5-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in marketing tools with an added advantage of familiarity with AI tools.
Strong written communication skills; content writing experience is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and collaborate in a team setting.
Experience or strong interest in email marketing, social media, and advertising.
An innate curiosity about the digital marketing space, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

A certification or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field – but optional.
