Job Description

We are looking to hire two virtual assistants for full-time work positions as digital marketing assistants. Pay is $350-500 USD per month (subject to relevant experience) for full-time work, 40 hours per week, with further increases in pay after year 1 and the ability to earn up to $750 USD within 24 months.

Guaranteed work for at least 12 months with flexible hours. Must not have a second job. Must be results focused, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the company and team’s performance.

IMPORTANT: If you have no little direct digital marketing or VA experience, we will provide and pay for all training and even provide a mentor for you with decades of digital marketing experience for you to learn from.

As mentioned, we are hiring for TWO ‘Digital Marketer Assistant’ positions at the moment. One role is for lead generation and traffic and conversion and the other is for digital marketing operations and day-to-day service implementation.

Subject to an assessment of your strengths and capabilities, the successful candidates will work in a small team to help meet our business goals for 2023 and if you don’t already have a digital marketing speciality, will be trained up in one.

Some of the tasks you will be doing:

Content marketing
Creating digital marketing campaigns
Driving leads and conversions from social media
Running paid ads
Implementing new sales funnels (as per guided instructions)
Working with supportive team members to create new products and services
Deploying web pages using drag and drop web page builders
Responding to customer support requests
Managing social media accounts (YouTube, Meta)
Learning new skills and getting certified in various digital marketing capabilities

Requirements:

– Minimum degree level of education: Bachelor’s Degree of any field
– Excellent written and oral English communication skills
– Must have minimum 2 years professional experience (ideally in VA role)
– Must have an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude
– Must have stable internet and decent (basic) computer skills
– Reliable computer and backup solution
– Excellent attention to detail and naturally resourceful
– Quicker learner who is self-driven
– Experienced with basic digital marketing tools such as Google Docs, autoresponders, webpage builders etc.

Note: In addition to one-on-one coaching and mentoring you’ll receive in your role, you will have access to a library of more than $100,000+ of online training in digital marketing available to help the successful candidates excel in your role.

Prefer:

Prior experience with digital marketing is preferred but not required IF you have a great work attitude and are keen to really commit to learning and adding value, in a new industry. Ample training and support will be provided.

Ideal candidates will have extensive VA, digital marketing, lead and traffic generation and/or social media experience with a track record of taking ownership on projects and producing tangible results.
