I am a solopreneur in the consulting space looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join me. You’ll play a key role in crafting and executing our social media strategy, managing content creation, and supporting various marketing initiatives. You’ll wear many hats in this role, from designing engaging graphics to building compelling sales collateral and assisting with business development.
Social Media Management:
– Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
– Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
– Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Analyze social media performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Content Management:
– Research and write high-quality blog posts, articles, and other content for the website and other marketing channels.
– Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms.
– Schedule content for publication using WordPress with the Divi theme.
Marketing and Sales Collateral:
– Create, update, and maintain lead magnets, sales pages, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
– Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
– Manage the company portfolio showcasing projects, client testimonials, and achievements.
Business Development:
– Assist with sending proposals and managing follow-up processes.
– Research and identify potential leads and partners.
– Assist with lead generation and qualification activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
– Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and best practices.
– Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
– Learn and utilize various marketing tools (e.g., , Metricool, ConvertKit).
– Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest marketing trends.
Previous experience working with US/UK-based clients in the consulting space.
