Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and analytical full-time Digital Marketing Assistant for Paid Search with a passion for performance marketing and PPC advertising to join our team remotely. You will create & manage ads using the Google ad buying platform, and collaborate with our team to formulate strategic action plans for each client.
The ideal candidate is both creative and performance-driven, a team player who is also a proactive and independent thinker. Applicants should have an understanding of paid digital advertising or ecommerce marketing, and an aptitude for analyzing data and identifying performance trends.
As a part of our team, the Digital Marketing Assistant – Paid Search will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how to leverage performance analytics for long-term client growth, develop innovative content ideas for search, and grow their skills in a fast-paced and exciting startup environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage paid search media ad budgets, ensuring KPIs meet goals.
• Create and traffic daily ads via Google ad buying interface, ensuring error-free client ads.
• Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives and overall account performance.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, focusing on performance and creative development.
• Strategize, execute, and oversee various client Google ad campaigns.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable strategic plans.
• Develop promotional strategies for client products in paid search.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance and recommend future tests.
• Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.

Requirements:
• Availability: 9am – 6pm EST.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent media buying/advertising analyst experience.
• 1-3 years experience in paid digital advertising or related fields.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager (Google Ads certification preferred).
• Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of performance marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV (preferred).
• Understanding of the online advertising industry and paid search landscape (preferred).
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics (preferred).
• Experience with Marketing Decks (preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, or other platforms (preferred).
• Experience managing monthly media budgets of $50,000 or higher (preferred).
