Your responsibilities will include building websites, landing pages, funnels, blog creation, content creation, automation setup, and assisting with other marketing creatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Assistance:
– Utilize and other relevant tools to build and maintain websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective user experiences and optimize conversion rates.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to update and maintain the company website, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of content.
– Create engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts regularly to attract and retain our target audience.
Implement automation workflows and integrate them into the marketing ecosystem
Email Assistance:
– Execute effective email campaigns to engage and nurture our target audience. Content will many times be repurposed from
social and website content and created with the assistance of AI.
Marketing Creatives:
– Outline and create digital marketing materials, including presentations and pitch decks, to support sales and marketing initiatives. These materials should effectively convey key messages, showcase our brand identity, and captivate the target audience. You will collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver materials that align with our overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
– Experience using for website editing and other marketing tasks.
– Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize web content accordingly.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
– Must be a problem solver and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Preferred (but not required):
– Previous experience in digital marketing or website management.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
– Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Convertkit) and marketing automation tools.
– Must be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours for effective collaboration and communication with the team based in that time zone. This ensures real-time coordination, timely feedback, and seamless workflow integration with the rest of the team.
