Common Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
1. Paid Media Planning: Contribute to paid media strategy development, recommending channels, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
2. Affiliate & Influencer Relationship Building: Create and maintain relationships with various affiliates and influencers.
Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across search, display, social media, and other paid channels.
3. Bid Management and Optimization: Optimize bids, adjust targeting, and refine paid media strategies to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
4. Creative Testing & Analysis: Collaborate on ad creative (copy and visuals), conduct A/B testing, and analyze results to optimize performance.
5. Performance Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze campaign data, and generate reports that provide insights and guide strategic decisions.
6. Research & Development: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media advertising.
Requirements:
1. Strong interest in paid media advertising and performance marketing.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
5. Strong analytical skills to track and interpret performance data.
6. Understanding of marketing principles and core metrics.
7. Proficiency with common ad platforms or a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
Bonus Points If You Have:
1. Experience in community building in any industry.
2. Savvy ChatGPT and Gemini user. We love AI and use it daily!
3. You’re a savvy social media user.
4. Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including industry trends and regulations.

Location
This is a remote position. We require you to follow our work hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Philippine time.
