Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand image and objectives.
Identify target audiences, trends, and emerging platforms to ensure the company’s presence is relevant and up-to-date.
Community Management
Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from users across different social media channels.
Foster meaningful interactions with the online community to build relationships, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Lead Generation
Lead generation from different digital platforms which includes but not limited to sales conversion of boosting budget activities.
Brand Consistency
Maintain a cohesive brand image and voice across all social media platforms.
Ensure that all content and communications reflect the company’s values, mission, and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting
Regularly track, analyze, and repot on key social media metrics and performance indicators.
Use insights to adjust strategies, content, and campaigns for optimal results.
Paid Advertising
Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Implement innovative strategies to keep the company ahead of competitors and captivate the target audience.
Monthly competitor check and benchmarking.
Other Expected Deliverables
Digital budget plan and monitoring.
Explore other future partners and collaborations
Copywriting for digital materials.
Monthly media plans and report.
Valuable Tools
Social Media platforms and other conversation-driven channels such as chatbots, emails, live/web chats, different forums, and the like.
Google suite, graphic design softwares, video/photo editing softwares.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven track-record on Community Management and Social Media/Marketing campaigns.
Knowledge in project management and sales funnel implementation.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate original content ideas.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Previous experience setting up and managing existing business accounts/pages on Facebook is required.
Exposure to digital and multi-media planning and implementation.
Exposure to website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) analysis report is a plus.
