Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in marketing automation, particularly in utilizing HubSpot. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, managing customer journeys, and optimizing lead generation processes.

Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Mastery:
– Utilize HubSpot to create and implement targeted drip campaigns for various customer segments.
– Design and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

2. Content Development:
– Create compelling and engaging content for form fills, landing pages, and email campaigns.
– Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging aligns with marketing goals.

3. Website Management:
– Proficient in WordPress and Beaver Builder to make updates and improvements to our website.
– Ensure the website reflects current marketing strategies and campaigns.

4. Marketing Funnels:
– Develop and optimize marketing funnels to drive lead conversion and customer acquisition.
– Analyze and refine funnel performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Data Analysis:
– Track and analyze KPIs related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and website performance.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in marketing automation, particularly with HubSpot.
– Proficient in WordPress and Beaver Builder for website management and updates.
– Strong understanding of creating and optimizing drip campaigns, form fills, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
– Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and improvements.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
