We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to help manage and enhance our CEO’s public image, relationships, and speaking engagements.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and take charge of managing the public image of our CEO, who is a prominent figure in our industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the CEO’s brand presence on LinkedIn and other social media, establishing and nurturing key relationships, and identifying new speaking engagements to further establish our CEO as a thought leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for the CEO, aligning it with the company’s objectives and the CEO’s personal brand goals.
2. Public Image Management: Monitor and manage the CEO’s public image across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the established brand strategy.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the CEO’s network and reputation.
4. Speaking Engagements: Research and identify relevant speaking opportunities, conferences, and events for the CEO to participate in, coordinating all logistical aspects of these engagements.
5. Content Development: Collaborate with the CEO and content teams to create thought leadership content, including articles, blog posts, presentations, and videos.
6. Media Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively seek out media opportunities for the CEO to further build their profile.
7. Social Media Management: Oversee the CEO’s social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement, to ensure a strong online brand presence.
8. Event Coordination: Organize and manage speaking engagements, webinars, and workshops, handling all logistics, including travel arrangements, presentation materials, and post-event follow-up.
