Client Description
The company serves the local region’s executive community of enterprise leaders and technology vendors. Working with over 3,000 C-level executives from Australia and New Zealand annually, the company has cemented itself as a market-leading Research, Advisory & Multi-Channel Events company in Australia.
Responsibilities
1. Research Web Content Publishing, Administration and User Experience Management
Build, manage and optimize content across our online research platform (WordPress)
Manage user groups and subscription tiers to ensure clients access relevant content based on the product level purchased
Collaborate with internal Creative Services team to create downloadable versions of assets
Review and collaborate with our video editing team to produce finalized video assets for the research portal
Regularly review online platforms to ensure research recency and quality of client experience
Work with our external development agency to resolve any website bugs
Proactively work with our Product, Analysts and Client Success Teams to identify areas of improvement in the user experience based on feedback
Manage and optimize the digital user onboarding journey into the web portal to facilitate faster time to value for clients
Provide routine engagement reports to facilitate insights into top performing content
2. Client Workshops/Webinar Project Management and Delivery
Oversee the management of the client workshop/webinar calendar, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and deliver necessary assets for in a timely manner for each project
Build digital registration and post event resources web pages
Setup necessary integrations/automations for pre and post registration process (i.e. – HubSpot email automation, SMS, Let’s Calendar auto calendar invitation, and Zoom integration)
Build client communication (email & SMS) workflows in HubSpot CRM
Provide routine reporting into each session performance including pre-event registration numbers and post-event attendee/company analysis
3. Client Communication, Engagement & Retention Marketing Support
Manage the build and execution of routine client newsletters and updates via email, SMS and push notifications
Assist with client usage and engagement reporting by analyzing performance across a range of metrics such as email engagement, conversion rates, and web analytics
Develop and assist with retention campaigns in conjunction with marketing and client success teams
Brief and collaborate with Creative Services for creation of supporting graphics and assets
Identify areas of improvement based on customer engagement
4. Assisting with Research Product Development, Planning & Execution
Assist the Head of Product Strategy with the administration of product roadmaps, presentations and internal updates to keep stakeholders aligned
Work with internal teams to collate product feedback from customers to improve product quality
Assist with the administration/setup of new Partners onboarding into the company’s Ecosystem program
Coordinate video recording sessions, including assisting with script outline documentation, scheduling, and briefing in post-production to video editing team
Build templates and document processes to improve to help systemize operations and improve efficiency
Qualifications
Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress
Intermediate HTML skills for formatting web content
Familiarity with subscription-based software (i.e. – MemberPress)
An understanding of fundamental web content user-experience best practices
Experience with Marketing CRM tools such as HubSpot
Understanding of email marketing and communications best practices
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Experience with Office 365 suite
