Job Description

In this role, you will be doing a variety of tasks, most of which will have tutorials prepared before you begin your work. I am currently developing most of my content but eventually the role will include assisting with website updates, blogging, graphics, video editing, social media management.

Some of the current tasks will include:
*Using content written from Google Docs and putting it into Canva templates.
*Creating several pieces of content from a single source such as taking a blog post and creating several graphics using the Canva templates and developing several social media posts.
*Posting on Social Media
*Commenting, Liking and messaging people on Instagram
*Writing Articles
*Sending and responding to emails
*Editing Videos
*Transcribing content from videos into additional marketing content

PAY:
To be determined, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. The current pay would be based on current tasks as we begin and pay would increase and responsibilities increase. My success is your success!

I am looking for a Full time employee. I use a project management software (Trello) to track our projects. You will work with my personal assistant VA to coordinate tasks and which tasks are priority tasks at the moment.

PERKS:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time. However, I would like to have a team meeting once a week to check on the professional tasks and provide assistance when needed.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary for 40 hours each week, but if you work extra hours you will get paid for those hours. I use Hubstaff to track time on projects. If you are working, I will pay you!
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

ABOUT ME:
I am currently working full-time as an executive in a digital marketing agency, but also run my own coaching program in my off hours. I have two children and a husband in culinary school so our lives are a little hectic at times and I am looking forward to finding someone that can help juggle some of my responsibilities. I value relationships and I am hoping to find someone that I can connect with on a personal level so that we can celebrate each other’s successes in life.
