Fluker’s Cricket Farm is an insect agriculture company offering insect ingredients towards the insect consumption pet marketplace. Our mission is to contribute to a more circular food system by producing sustainable insect ingredients for pet food and pet nutrition.  As Fluker’s Cricket Farm enters an exciting new stage of growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Ecommerce Division.

Job Descriptions:
* You’ll be responsible for executing Fluker’s community strategy, aligning content with business objectives and individual channel strategies.
* You’ll create engaging content that appeals to our audience through written content, graphic design, and video.
* You’ll develop a regular content schedule and support campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
* Assist in managing company website content and SEO strategies (including creation of copy, photography, and video)
* Stay updated with latest social trends to enhance our community-building efforts.
* Apart from handling content, you’ll also assist with Fluker’s digital events general marketing.
* Support with the production of weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Update digital trackers and gather insights/learnings for upcoming campaigns.
* Research market trends and produce competitor analysis to highlight opportunities.
* Share key findings with the team to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
* Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
* Additional tasks as assigned.
* Coordinate website updates with our Ecommerce team

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of overall marketing experience, with strong knowledge of digital marketing
* Knowledge and interest in exotic pet industry, a plus
* Great organizational skills
* Comfort and adaptability to work individually, as well as in team settings
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe suites
* Knowledge of Big Commerce, Trello, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, a plus
* Strong knowledge/comfort level with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media channels
* Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
* Graphic design experience is a plus
* Experience in SEO
* Strong written and verbal communication
