Company Overview:

We are a premium pet health supplement company committed to providing only the finest quality gut supporting products for our pets’ health.

As we expand our digital presence, we seek an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to own digital marketing strategy, drive brand visibility, and shape the online presence of a rapidly growing company.

Our founder has over 25 years of experience with digital marketing and paid media. You will report directly to him weekly.

Minimal Requirements:
We require a minimum of 2 years experience with Meta/Facebook paid ads. You need high analytical and organizational skills. You will need to design or at least define new creative inside Canva or another platform to be created rapidly. A very high degree of skill is needed with Meta ad platform, event tracking, and reporting.

Job Mission:
Your mission is to bring in high LTV customers ($1,800/yr+) at the lowest CAC.

Current Responsibilities:

1. Work on strategy and experiments daily
2. You will be testing new adsets and ad creatives (images and copy) every week and doubling down on the ones that are successful and replacing the ones that are not
3. You will work with us to define the copy influencers need to deliver on camera
4. You will whitelist influencer ad creative we contract and test this on the ad platform
5. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to align cross-channel digital advertising strategies
6. Stay on top of and review new digital trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the digital marketing space
7. Experience with tracking within or another leading landing page software)
8. Have full knowledge of Google analytics 4
9. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Future Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with these skills currently or can develop these skills in the near future.

* Tik Tok and Pinterest will be our next frontiers to conquer. You will rapidly develop tests within those with our creative and our influencers
* Tik Tok shops will be a focus for us by April 2024
* Stay current of industry trends and implement innovative paid advertising strategies.
* Google: Keep a basic visibility on Google search for our name and Google shopping
* In Fall of 2024, we may enter Amazon and OTT (Over-The-Top) advertising with winning ad creative
* First-party and attribution data tools like Northbeam, Triplewhale or Hyros

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills (advanced English speaking and writing)
* Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook, Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and paid advertising.
* Previous experience driving strategies for large, ongoing SEM initiatives with significant budgets.
* In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
* A native understanding of paid search measurement and valuation.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Similar Web, and related is a plus.
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday – 40 hours/week (monitor campaigns 7 days a week).
