About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator/Manager to oversee our online presence and engage with our dynamic community. This role involves managing various platforms, including our website, social media channels, email marketing, and community engagement initiatives. If you possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Oversee and maintain our company website and social media platforms, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Utilise tools like Intercom and Klaviyo for customer service and email marketing purposes.
Community Engagement:
Collaborate with Australian Yoga Teachers to develop content for the company TV platform, providing guidance on content creation, editing, and performance monitoring.
Implement strategies for personalised and timely customer responses, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns through platforms like Klayvio, focusing on event updates, product launches, and course promotions.
Marketing and Sales Support:
Develop creative assets and collateral to support retail channel initiatives.
Assist in creating visually appealing presentations and marketing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Design.
Collaborate with our Analyst to translate data insights into compelling marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Internal Communications:
Work closely with the CEO to enhance internal communication processes and marketing documentation.
Support special projects and research efforts to drive organisational priorities and initiatives.
Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.
About You
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on creating polished marketing assets and managing online campaigns.
Strong proficiency in platforms such as Klayvio, Intercom, TikTok, and social media management tools.
Demonstrates expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website analytics.
Creative flair with experience in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Design.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
