Job Description

Fluker’s Cricket Farm is an insect agriculture company offering insect ingredients towards the insect consumption pet marketplace. Our mission is to contribute to a more circular food system by producing sustainable insect ingredients for pet food and pet nutrition. As Fluker’s Cricket Farm enters an exciting new stage of growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Ecommerce Division.

Essential Responsibilities

Campaign support (50%)

* Ensure consistency in creatives and messaging across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display, by working closely with the Creative Team and the Manager of Digital Marketing & CRM.
* Coordinate with the Creative Team and the Account Manager to align campaign creatives with the overall marketing strategy.
* Support for other digital activations (sampling, paid giveaways, boosting) to help with customer acquisition for Fluker’s.
* Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition and engagement on .
* Assist in managing company website content and SEO strategies (including creation of copy, photography, and video)
* Develop and execute comprehensive Email and SMS marketing strategies using platforms such as Klaviyo and other SMS platforms.
* Design and implement automated email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance Email and SMS marketing efforts continually.
* Funnel Creation and Retargeting Campaigns:
* Build effective marketing funnels to guide prospects through the customer journey.
* Develop retargeting campaigns to re-engage and convert leads across various digital channels.
* Utilize data-driven insights to refine funnels and retargeting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
* Plan, execute, and manage Social Media Ad campaigns on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
* Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
* Coordinate website updates with our Ecommerce team
* Work closely with the Account Manager the development & execution of paid media campaigns that align with the sales goals and budget for Fluker’s

Creative planning (30%)

* Brainstorm and develop innovative ad creative concepts, including messaging and design variants, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Collaborate closely with the creative team to finalize deliverables, ensuring that all creative assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Provide feedback and suggestions to the creative team to improve the visual and textual elements of ads.

Reporting (20%)

* Support with the production of weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Update digital trackers and gather insights/learnings for upcoming campaigns.
* Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to drive desired outcomes.
* Research market trends and produce competitor analysis to highlight opportunities.
* Share key findings with the team to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
* Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
* Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in content creation and community management.
* Produce engaging email and digital marketing campaigns with proficiency
* You’ve helped develop and implement playbooks, including on social channels, email campaigns, and blogs.
* Strong writing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Open to new projects, can juggle multiple tasks, and are comfortable presenting on camera occasionally.
* You are proficient in data and have used analytics to measure initiative success.
* Self-driven, can work independently, and take ownership of projects.
* Experience in Klavio and Big Commerce (or similar platforms)
* Proficient in SEO
