We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Copywriter and Coordinator to support our team with various social media, content creation, video script creation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in similar roles and a keen eye for detail.

The main objective of this role is to help attract and nurture Eight Octo Capital’s potential and existing investors and to provide industry-leading education and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Activities:
* Research relevant topics in Commercial Real Estate and trends to create engaging content.
* Research and summarize social media posts and post types that have great engagement and can be beneficial to Eight Octo Capital clients.
* Write, edit, and present posts for review prior to posting.
* Be coachable and open to feedback on writing style and tone to align with the author’s style, and more importantly, the Eight Octo Capital dream investor.
* Track and analyze social media performance using Google Sheets.

Content Funnel Marketing Activities:
* Develop insightful monthly newsletters.
* Lead the creation of automated email campaigns.
* Lead magnet copywriting.

Video Script Creation:
* Develop scripts for video education series that will be used as lead magnets to generate investor interest.
* Create scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook video posts.
* Coordinate with the video editor to ensure timely and accurate completion of final deliverables ready for posting.

Coordination Activities to Build Influence in Commercial Real Estate (CRE):
* Help structure podcast one-pagers in an easy-to-read, professional format.
* Identify and research podcasts and other media opportunities for guest appearances.
* Reach out to podcast hosts and coordinate guest appearances accompanied by relevant prep material.

Eight Octo Capital Investor Management Activities:
* Assist in planning and organizing webinars for investors.
* Manage communication with investors and assist with handling inquiries.
* Provide support with investor relations and documentation.

Qualifications:
* Coachability.
* Adept at writing in an engaging and story-based style.
* Very fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Copywriter in a similar role.
* Must be able to provide published referenceable posts.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in social media platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and understanding the different strategies needed for each tool.
* Familiarity with Google Sheets and analytics tracking.
* Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and produce exceptional results.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge or interest in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is a plus.
* Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, video editing software) is a plus.
* Must work on Eastern Standard time.
