The Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to help drive our online growth and build a strong brand presence. We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in high-end water purifiers. Our mission is to empower households and businesses with access to clean, safe, and healthy drinking water by providing state-of-the-art water purification solutions. We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager in executing our marketing strategy and also supporting our Customer service team with email support.

Responsibilities
DIGITAL MARKETING TASKS
– Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members in implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
– Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
– Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels and other digital platforms, ensuring a positive brand experience.
– Conducting market research to identify new digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
– Assisting with the setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
– Writing high-quality, informative, and engaging blog posts related to our products, industry trends, and other relevant topics, ensuring proper SEO optimization.
– Analysing and reporting on digital marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other reporting tools.
– Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
– Performing regular website updates, including content creation, SEO optimisation, and performance tracking.
– Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in managing digital marketing budgets, invoicing, and project timelines.
– Conducting administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining digital marketing records.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
– Processing orders: help customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
– Managing returns and refunds: including initiating the process, providing instructions, and following up on progress.
– Providing product information: assist customers with product enquiries, such as specifications, features, and benefits.
– Handling customer complaints: and working to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Upselling and cross-selling: and recommend additional products or services to customers to increase sales and revenue.
– Providing technical support: technical support for products or services, including troubleshooting issues, providing instructions, and escalating issues to technical support teams.
– Managing customer accounts: including updating information, tracking orders, and processing payments.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
– A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Digital Marketing Assistant and Customer Service in a similar role.
– At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian or European clients.
– Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts.
– Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
– Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
– Eagerness to learn and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
– Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, is a plus.
– High level of confidentiality and discretion.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
– Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
