Job Description

We are a real estate business that values service and delivering a unique experience to our clients. We are seeking a versatile specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in social media engagement, CRM management, and general administrative duties. You will be instrumental in increasing our online presence, optimizing our marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with users by liking and commenting on social media platforms.
Create and edit images using Canva, and develop marketing templates for social media posts and mailers.
Perform outreach to real estate agents, sending template messages and managing responses.
Regularly update CRM with new contact information, including emails and addresses, and manage follow-ups.
Import leads and contacts from social media into the CRM, tagging them appropriately for follow-ups.
Search social media for agent needs and send templated responses.
Scour LinkedIn and Workplace to add emails of individuals to the CRM and subscribe them to newsletters.
Maintain and update spreadsheets with addresses of clients who closed with agents, including those from new builds and other data sourced from MLS reports.
Organize files and tasks to ensure efficiency and order.
Manage the Google Business page and contribute SEO enhancements.
Generate ideas for social media content and manage the content calendar by finding inspiration online.
Conduct outreach to businesses for participation in our Discount Program.
Add key dates like birthdays from social media connections into the CRM.
Assist in the management of the website and perform various administrative functions.
Provide support with email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM software and data management.
Competence in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Business management is a plus.
