Digital Marketing Designer

Are you really good at creating engaging content? Do you understand how to create effective lead funnels? Are you passionate about forming relationships with customers on social media channels? Do your creative ideas encourage people to take action? We are looking for a well-rounded marketing designer to help us grow!

The digital marketing designer will design and create campaign materials for the company’s social media marketing. The objective of these deliverables is to grow our following across digital platforms, increase engagement, generate leads and convert followers to customers. We are looking for someone with ideas, strategy, and time management skills to make sure everything gets done.

TASKS
– Increase followers, engagement, comments, likes, shares, etc. on our active social media channels
– Design and execute: static graphics, image carousels, posts, stories, reels, basic video editing, short form or long form text/articles, landing pages, etc.
– Manage content across platforms/channels and keep a content calendar.
– Create landing pages and funnels (knowledge of FG Funnels is a plus)
– Create paid ad campaigns within IG, FB, etc.
– Track key metrics for each channel and report weekly to the CEO

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Knowledge of YouTube is a plus.
– Canva or equivalent graphics software expert
– Creative, with an eye for good design (balance, composition, color palette, etc.)
– Experience managing a social content calendar, paid social advertising campaigns and social activity monitoring
– Experience analyzing and summarizing metrics/data to identify trends and make recommendations
– Organized and self-starter
– Reliable internet connection
– English language skills of level 3 (Professional working proficiency) or higher

WORK SETTINGS
– Monday through Friday with flexible hours (must have overlap with Central Standard Time for at least 1 hour each day)
– Position is eligible for bonuses and paid leave (holiday, vacation, sick) after 3 month introductory period
– Tasks and project management is through Asana. Familiarity is a plus.
– Files are shared within Google Suite and Box
