Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Director oversees the digital marketing strategy for the organization. This role includes planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing metrics, and optimizing campaigns to increase ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publication across various digital platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Utilize data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team’s success.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
