We need a well-experienced and highly-qualified Digital Marketing Director who can handle a wide range of responsibilities related to developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products or services. This role typically involves a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on digital marketing expertise.

Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the overall digital marketing strategy of the organization. This includes developing and implementing online marketing campaigns, analyzing data to measure the success of campaigns, managing the digital marketing team, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the organization’s digital presence remains competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
o Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital marketing initiatives into overall marketing plans.
2. Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
o Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.
o Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
4. Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment (ROI).
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
o Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of digital initiatives on business goals.
6. Website Management:
o Oversee the organization’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion goals.
o Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary updates and improvements.
7. Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Stay updated on social media trends and tools, adapting strategies accordingly.
8. SEO and SEM:
o Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
o Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
