To further our reach and enhance our digital presence, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director / Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity, aimed at leading a dedicated team of marketing professionals from the Philippines.

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: $20/hour ($3,200 USD a month)
Responsibilities
As the Digital Marketing Director / Digital Campaign Manager, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts to promote our unique services and drive our brand forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Management
Lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution across multiple platforms.
Marketing Content Creation: Craft compelling content that highlights our repair services and sustainability mission.
Team Management: Direct and manage a team of marketing professionals from the Philippines, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Graphic Design Collaboration
Work with graphic designers to create engaging visuals that complement our digital campaigns.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to our niche market.
Social Media Management: Oversee our LinkedIn and Facebook presence, engaging with our community and enhancing brand awareness.

SEO Optimization
Apply SEO best practices to increase our online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
HubSpot & Google Analytics: Utilize HubSpot for campaign management and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and user engagement.

Paid Ads Management
Manage Google Ads and Facebook ads campaigns to optimize reach and return on investment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or campaign management role, with proven leadership experience.
Expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media channels.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams.
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Independent worker who can also thrive in a team setting.
