Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage up to 6 projects with a dynamic team and with different types of industries (jewelry, beef, and others).
2. Digital Strategy Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
4. Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Foster collaboration between creative, content, and technical teams to achieve campaign objectives.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve overall performance.
6. Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels.
Monitor spending, ROI, and other key performance indicators to ensure efficient use of resources.
7. Digital Trends and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
8. Some overlap in U.S. Hours is required
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
