In this role, you will:

Website(s):
Be in charge of growing sales and closely monitor KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Regularly conduct audits to ensure our e-commerce websites are operating optimally, addressing any issues related to performance, user experience, or SEO.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, optimize website content, and increase visibility on search engines.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
Manage product listings and catalog updates on the Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Actively work to increase positive online reviews and manage the online reputation of our brands.
Grow and engage our social media communities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through compelling content and effective strategies.
Implement strategies to expand our customer database, including lead generation and data segmentation.
Create and execute direct-to-consumer email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, targeting different customer segments.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries.

TikTok Shop(s):
Oversee TikTok Shop management, developing strategies to drive sales and engagement on the platform.
Collaborate with influencers to promote our products and brand, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
Manage product listings and catalog updates on the TikTok Shop platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries.

About You:

Core qualifications:

Must have:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or Active Campaign for email marketing.
Aesthetic eye for design and visual content, proficiency in Canva.
Ability to multitask and deliver results based on data-driven KPIs.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Prompt response to requests and issues.
Self-motivated and positive attitude, eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
Dedication to proactive support of colleagues and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree focused on Marketing / Digital.
2 years experience in Shopify.
1 year experience with Tik Tok creators platform.

Nice to have:
Proficiency in Shopify (design, development, UX).
Expertise in Google Ads and SEO.
Digital mindset with a deep understanding of inbound marketing strategies.
Prior experience in the beauty business.
A genuine passion for beauty and skincare.
Master’s degree preferred focused on Marketing / Digital
