Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Job Overview
The role supports the Marketing team by delivering marketing campaigns across paid media and social to drive, lead generation for Host acquisition, and Guest bookings. You will also be required to create and manage content for our Host and Guest websites.
The role also includes relationship management with our network of franchise partners to support their local marketing activity.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create marketing campaigns and collateral to drive Host acquisition
Create marketing campaigns and collateral to drive Guest bookings
Able to manage Hubspot lead allocation and reporting
Answer marketing tickets within our helpdesk portal.
Setting up new webpages within our CMS for new franchisees via Wagtail (Similar to WordPress).
Answer google business reviews – weekly
Monitor social media activity and create new profile pages when requested
Send all invoices to Marketing Invoice Spend for payment – As and when needed
Update monthly SEO report – monthly
Support monthly marketing investment reporting
Download host marketing reports and add to territory files
Upload and approve blogs via Hubspot (x1 a month), publishing launch blog posts.
Publish franchisee blog posts – as and when needed
Manage Adobe Express template folder and relationship with DesignCloud
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, ideally within the property or short stay holiday sector
Familiarity and experience with website content management systems (CMS) – WordPress, Umbraco, Wix or Square Space, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in UK English.
Demonstrate high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
Experience in using Google Workspace to follow established processes and effectively support administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Comfortable operating in an environment where working efficiently under pressure and at pace is critical.
Candidates must have a flexible attitude and be able to cover a variety of working hours.
Experience of Google Adwords, Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
